The BB King show was ridiculous in many ways. The line to get inside stretched down the block, leaving tons of fans ticket-less after the show sold out. On top of that, half of the artists on the bill performed while fans waited in line to get through the slow moving security line.
Highlights from the show include OJ Da Juiceman putting on a great performance despite being booed by all the Wu-Tang and D-Block fans, but what else would you expect? Curren$y brought out Wiz Khalifa to perform tracks off How Fly. Kid Cudi went on stage and performed a few tracks in between sets! Raekwon had lost his voice, but performed anyway. Finally, the crowd went nuts for D-Block!
Here’s video from the night:
Kid Cudi – Already Home + Make Her Say + Sky Might Fall
Curren$y – Bout It 2010
OJ Da Juiceman – Make The Trap Say Aye
Raekwon – Catalina
D-Block

Despite having a smash single in "Say Yeah," Wiz Khalifa spent 2 years sitting on the shelf at Warner Bros. Records. However, after leaving his major label situation during the summer of 2009, the XXL Freshman’s career really started to take off.
Due to an impressive amount of grass roots marketing, orchestrated by his current management team at Rostrum Records, Wiz's most recent project, Kush and Orange Juice, became a trending topic on Twitter and the talk of major music publications upon its release. Wiz Khalifa's once hard-to-pronounce name is now becoming more common place in hip hop discussions.
On July 30th, Wiz announced that he signed a record deal with Atlantic Records.
