Bun B – “Trillionaire” (Featuring T-Pain)

Download – “Trillionaire”

Bun B grabbed T-Pain for the first single off of the upcoming Trill O.G. album, “Trillionaire.”  T-Pain has been laying low ever since auto-tune was overused by commercials and put to shame by Jay-z, but maybe this feature from one of hip hop’s living legends can help bring the one time king of hooks back into the limelight.

If the Bun B x T-Pain collaboration wasn’t enough to peak your interest, note that the track was also produced by the Grammy award winning J.U.S.T.I.C.E. League.  Trill O.G. is set to drop on August 3rd.

Big K.R.I.T. – “I Got Drank”

Download – “I Got Drank”

Big K.R.I.T. goes in on this Eric B. and Rakim classic, “Juice (Know The Ledge).”

Here’s Def Jam’s latest signee’s first verse:

“Hey I’m cadillac ridin,
Candi paint gleamin,
Fifth wheel on recline and I’m leanin,
Swangin wide to that UGKizzay,
Chrome on the bumper, get ‘em out my wizzay,
Scopin haters through my yays and lens,
Make a nigga hit the lot and cop that Benz,
Coming out hard with the screens attached,
The grain on the wheel with some freaks in the back,
Gators on my toe, trynna drop my tizzop,
Hoes get naked when the 15’s knizzock,
Fuck the DA and the crooked cizzops,
You can tell the judge to get up off my jizzock,
I won’t stizzop, Too Legit to Quit,
That’s why your baby momma think about my dick,
About my stroke, about my swang,
Everybody know ’bout me, I got that drank.”

Big K.R.I.T.’s ability to effortlessly bring his southern flavor to this East Coast classic is impressive.  Also, be sure to check out K.R.I.T. murdering this Tony Touch freestyle from last week:

“Live life like Jordan,
Minus Phil and Pippen,
A champion.”

Big K.R.I.T. turned heads with the release of his K.R.I.T. Wuz Here album through Cinematic Music Group and GFCNY. K.R.I.T. stands for “King Remembered in Time,” and if the Southern emcee’s creative production and exceptional lyricism are any indicators of his career’s longevity, he'll surely be remembered.

In addition to producing his own music, Big K.R.I.T. runs Multi-Records, a label set up to give Mississippi artists support, and is a member of the rap group The Alumni.
