This new date coincides with the release of Kanye West's My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album. If you remember when Kanye released 808s & Heartbreaks on a monday back in 2008, the other artists followed suit and changed their dates as well. Major labels want to capitalize on record store foot traffic, and I'm sure the barbies are happy to get this album a day early!
