Here's the first single off of Trey Songz's upcoming Passion, Pain & Pleasure album. Except for the ridiculous guest verse from Nicki Minaj, this sounds like your average radio track. Nicki's features are getting to be more outrageous and unpredictable than those of her mentors, Gucci and Wayne.

Jay-z – Run This Town
“D.O.A.” and “Run This Town” have confirmed my suspicions that The Blueprint 3 will be the best album of 2009. Even though Jay’s first official single doesn’t give me chills or change the face of hip hop like “D.O.A.” did, “Run This Town” still manages to be a well put together club banger that offers more than just a good beat with a catchy hook.
And boy does it have a catchy hook! This song will have drunk girls in the club singing off key for months ...
